Need a little more information.
Is the brake assembly shuddering? The axle part or the handlebar?
Also, this is the reason why we never recommend disc brakes on entry level bikes, since they are prone to problems. Not that you can do anything about it now 🙂
If you can pinpoint the place where the bike vibrates when braking, then it would be possible to find a solution.
