    Week 246 update of the Cycling Monks Strava Group. Week ending 16th February 2025.

    Club Stats. 3592 members collectively rode 110737 km in 2960 rides, climbing 590207 metres in 5067 hours!

    The number of members are up by 7 as compared to last week. The week saw everyone collectively ride the same. With total distance, elevation gained, number of rides and time spent on the saddle were all constant.

    4 riders averaged more than 100 km a day.

    1 rode a 600. 30 rode at least a 200.

    60 averaged above 30 kmph for the week.

    13 climbed more than 4000 metres.

    Incredible riding by everyone.

    Kudos to all the riders who have been working hard on their saddles…

    Leaderboard: Overall

    4 riders averaged more than 100 km a day!

    Pradeep Thorat from Maharashtra was top of the charts. He rode an incredible 1213 km.

    In second place is Vinith S from Karnataka who rode 787 km in the week. He was second last week as well.

    Third spot is taken by Maddy Mayank from Chandigarh. He rode 745 km.

    Leaderboard: Women

    The women’s leaderboard got tougher this week. To be in the top 10, you needed to ride 191+ km…
    There are 12 women in the top 100 this week, 1 more than last week.

    Gareema Shankar from Delhi was top of the charts this week. Riding an incredible 521 km. She is 15th overall.

    Next up is Radhika Arora from Karnataka. Who rode an impressive 364 km. She is 54th overall.

    Third is Kirann MTB Rider from Maharashtra who rode 307 km. She is 83rd overall.

    Leaderboard: Longest Ride

    Rides this week coming in from around the country!

    Top spot goes to Maddy Mayank from Chandigarh for the longest ride. He did a 606 km long ride!

    Next up is Pritam Kawale from Maharashtra having done a 418 km long ride.

    Third is Pratik Maniyar from Maharashtra, who did a 402 km long ride.

    Leaderboard: Fastest

    The top 60 have been riding at a seriously impressive pace.

    Fastest of the lot is KPS Oberoi from Delhi who averaged an incredible 38.5 kmph over the week!

    Second fastest for the week is Kabir Rachure from Maharashtra whose weekly average is a fantastic 38.4 kmph.

    Third is Yogesh Saini from Haryana averaging 37.7 kmph over the week. He was third last week as well.

    Leaderboard: Queen/ King of the Mountain

    The climbing leaderboard went to the hills of Kerala!

    Climber of the week is Renje from Kerala having climbed 10951 metres.

    Second is Udhay Asokan from Tamil Nadu who climbed 6988 metres.

    Third is Vivek Deshmukh from Maharashtra, who climbed 6982 metres during the week.
