Char Dham by bycicle

Hy everybody, we are a couple of cyclists from Italy. We have already travelled in India self-supported (Odisha, Tamil Nadu, Uttar Pradesh/Jarkhand and Nepal) during our holyday time. We have now the opportunity to spend more than one month in India starting from mid-September, so we would like to pedal the four Char Dham sites.
Unfortunately, it is rather difficult to gather updated and reliable information on the best routes for bicycle tourers.
Can someone help us in understanding how to plan the tour, including accommodation opportunities on the road (we do not plan to camp on the way) as well as road conditions (regarding the latter we recently found this site https://mis.pwduk.in/pwd/roadClosure that seems ok)?
