Week 301 update of the Cycling Monks Strava Group. Week ending 8th March 2026.
Club Stats. 3845 members collectively rode 109540 km in 2989 rides, climbing 576490 metres in 5948 hours!
The number of members are up by 7 as compared to last week. The week saw everyone collectively ride more. With total distance, elevation gained, number of rides and time spent on the saddle were all up.
2 riders averaged more than 100 km a day.
1 rode a 1100. 24 rode at least a 200.
83 averaged above 30 kmph for the week.
12 climbed more than 4000 metres.
Incredible riding by everyone.
Kudos to all the riders who have been working hard on their saddles…

2 riders averaged more than 100 km a day!Manoj Chahal from Haryana was top of the charts. He rode an incredible 1183 km.In second place is Narendra Mishra from Delhi who rode 767 km in the week.Third spot is taken by Gajendra Dutta from Uttar Pradesh. He rode 692 km.Leaderboard: Women

Top spot goes to Manoj Chahal from Haryana for the longest ride. He did a 1183 km long ride!
Next up is Vignesh RDV from Tamil Nadu having done a 602 km long ride.
Third is Sachida Yadav from Maharashtra, who did a 407 km long ride.

The top 83 have been riding at a seriously impressive pace.
Fastest of the lot is Tenzin Kunchok from Uttar Pradesh who averaged an incredible 37.7 kmph over the week! He was second last week.
Second fastest for the week is Aashish Massy from Uttar Pradesh whose weekly average is a fantastic 37.7 kmph.
Third is Tijan Wilson from Uttar Pradesh averaging 37.6 kmph over the week.

The climbing leaderboard went to the Nilgiris!
Climber of the week is Saurabh Singh from Karnataka having climbed 11651 metres.
