Winspace T1600 Owner Review by Anirudh Chadha after 500 km of riding. Real reviews by real owners, with none of the marketing drivel you will find elsewhere on the internet!

      Winspace T1600 Owners Review

No. of years cycling/ Cycling Background of reviewer: My name is Anirudh Chadha. I consider myself a covid cyclist as that is the time I started cycling. I’ve cycled at the National level, having represented Delhi at the Nationals twice. I come from a family where both my father and I are voracious cyclists and cycling nerds with around 7 to 8 cycles between us at the moment.

      Model name: Winspace T1600

      Duration of Ownership: 1 month

      Place of purchase: Delhi, India

Approx. no. of km clocked so far: 500

      Winspace T1600 Owner Review

Buying experience: The buying experience has been absolutely smooth and Mr. Sanjeev Sharma, who is the official dealer of the brand has given me the best experience that was possible while getting a new brand. Him being a cyclist of great recognition, being extremely knowledgeable about bicycles and being as passionate about biking (if not more) than me, helps a lot.

Other models considered at the time of purchase: None as such. The models which I was considering were not sold in India and hence there is no use naming them.

Reason for choosing this model: T1100 carbon used in the making of the frame which is the same as used in Pinarello Dogma F. The latest wheels with this were advertised to be 1250 grams. The iridescent handlebar which came with the bike, was ticking all the checkboxes of being light and giving me the option of custom sizes (I went for 360mm width and 105mm stem length) and was perhaps the best looking handlebar which I have seen ever.

      Positives of this bike

Quite light for an aero bike. If paired with the right wheelset, is absolutely a joy to ride as it reacts very fast and holds speed very well.

The looks of this bike – drop dead gorgeous. If you do not love the ride the bike, you are riding the wrong bike. I for one am absolutely in love with this frame.

      Negatives of this bike

This bike is giving world tour spec equipment at fraction of the cost. That shall be quite negative for the mainstream brands 😉 . Not for us, as consumers though.
