      Week 224 update of the Cycling Monks Strava Group. Week ending 15th September 2024.


      Club Stats. 3475 members collectively rode 110949 km in 2796 rides, climbing 575762 metres in 5136 hours!

      The number of members are up by 10 as compared to last week. The week saw everyone collectively ride the same. With total distance, elevation gained, number of rides and time spent on the saddle were all unchanged.

      6 rider averaged more than 100 km a day.

      5 rode 500s. 42 rode at least a 200.

      65 averaged above 30 kmph for the week.

      11 climbed more than 4000 metres.

                        Lorraine D’Costa from Kerala was top of the charts this week. Riding an incredible 722 km. She is 6th overall.

                        Next up is Alexina Correya from Kerala. Who rode an impressive 577 km. She is 16th overall.

                        Third is Anumitha Solvyn from Kerala who rode 555 km.

                        Top spot goes to Padma Kumar from Tamil Nadu for the longest ride. He did a 449 km long ride!

                        The top 48 have been riding at a seriously impressive pace.

                        Fastest of the lot is Vivek Chadha from Delhi who averaged an incredible 36.1 kmph over the week!

                        Second fastest for the week is Unmesh Ahluwalia from Maharashtra whose weekly average is a fantastic 35.2 kmph. He was second last week as well.

                        Third is Jatin Gupta from Delhi averaging 34 kmph over the week.
