    Week 276 update of the Cycling Monks Strava Group. Week ending 14th September 2025.

    Club Stats. 3734 members collectively rode 100637 km in 2888 rides, climbing 549006 metres in 4609 hours!

    The number of members are up by 3 as compared to last week. The week saw everyone collectively ride more. With total distance, elevation gained, number of rides and time spent on the saddle were all up.

    1 rider averaged more than 100 km a day.

    4 rode 600s. 39 rode at least a 200.

    61 averaged above 30 kmph for the week.

    12 climbed more than 4000 metres.

    Incredible riding by everyone.

    Kudos to all the riders who have been working hard on their saddles…

    Leaderboard: Overall

    1 rider averaged more than 100 km a day!

    Rupesh Bali from Chandigarh was top of the charts. He rode an incredible 732 km. He was first last week as well.

    In second place is Deepak Sharma from Delhi who rode 683 km in the week.

    Third spot is taken by Gaurav Sethi from Haryana. He rode 626 km.

    Leaderboard: Women

    The women’s leaderboard got tougher this week. To be in the top 10, you needed to ride 208+ km…
    There are 15 women in the top 100 this week, 3 more than last week.

    Malika Kalra from Chandigarh was top of the charts this week. Riding an incredible 308 km. She is 49th overall.

    Next up is Megha Jain from Punjab. Who rode an impressive 306 km. She is 53rd overall.

    Third is Kamala R from Karnataka who rode 287 km. She is 61st overall.

    Leaderboard: Longest Ride

    Rides this week coming in from Delhi!

    Top spot goes to Hitesh Sablok from Haryana for the longest ride. He did a 600.9 km long ride!

    Next up is Deepak Sharma from Delhi having done a 600.3 km long ride.

    Third is Manoj Chahal from Haryana, who did a 600 km long ride.

    Leaderboard: Fastest

    The top 61 have been riding at a seriously impressive pace.

    Fastest of the lot is Tushar Bakaya who averaged an incredible 38.7 kmph over the week! He was second last week.

    Second fastest for the week is Yogesh Saini from Haryana whose weekly average is a fantastic 37 kmph.

    Third is Sangam Pattnaik from Chandigarh averaging 36.5 kmph over the week. He was third last week as well.

    Leaderboard: Queen/ King of the Mountain

    The climbing leaderboard went to the Western Ghats!

    Climber of the week is Udhay Asokan from Tamil Nadu having climbed 8157 metres. He was KOM last week as well.

    Second is Joel Sundaram from Tamil Nadu who climbed 6829 metres.

    Third is Digvijay Thakur from Himachal Pradesh, who climbed 6360 metres during the week.
