    Week 305 update of the Cycling Monks Strava Group. Week ending 5th April 2026.

    Club Stats. 3864 members collectively rode 109116 km in 2914 rides, climbing 597149 metres in 4941 hours!
    The number of members are up by 3 as compared to last week. The week saw everyone collectively ride more. With total distance, elevation gained, number of rides and time spent on the saddle were all up.
    4 riders averaged more than 100 km a day.
    9 rode 600s. 25 rode at least a 200.
    88 averaged above 30 kmph for the week.
    14 climbed more than 4000 metres.
    Incredible riding by everyone. Kudos to all the riders who have been working hard on their saddles…

    Leaderboard: Overall

    4 riders averaged more than 100 km a day!

    Rupesh Bali from Chandigarh was top of the charts. He rode an incredible 820 km.

    In second place is Achyutha Krishanan from Tamil Nadu who rode 783 km in the week.

    Third spot is taken by Prathap Pandian from Tamil Nadu. He rode 706 km.

    Leaderboard: Women

    The women’s leaderboard got easier this week. To be in the top 10, you needed to ride 174+ km…
    There are 13 women in the top 100 this week, 2 less than week.

    Vandana Dhavate from Telangana was top of the charts this week. Riding an incredible 691 km. She is 5th overall. She was third last week.

    Next up is Malika Kalra from Chandigarh. Who rode an impressive 669 km. She is 8th overall.

    Third is Manju Varkey from England who rode 336 km. She is 45th overall.

    Leaderboard: Longest Ride

    Rides this week coming in from around India!

    Top spot goes to Malika Kalra from Chandigarh for the longest ride. She did a 611 km long ride!

    Next up is Shanmugavel L from Tamil Nadu having done a 607.8 km long ride.

    Third is Gopikrishnan Kesavan from Tamil Nadu, who did a 607.7 km long ride.

    Leaderboard: Fastest

    The top 88 have been riding at a seriously impressive pace.

    Fastest of the lot is Kabjr Rachure from Maharashtra who averaged an incredible 40.1 kmph over the week!

    Second fastest for the week is Vishvesh Gupta from Haryana whose weekly average is a fantastic 38 kmph.

    Third is Umesh Banjara from Maharashtra averaging 37.9 kmph over the week.

    Leaderboard: Queen/ King of the Mountain

    The climbing leaderboard went to the Nilgiris!

    Climber of the week is Achyutha Krishnan from Tamil Nadu having climbed 10719 metres. He was third last week.

    Second is Vandana Dhavate from Telangana who climbed 10018 metres.

    Third is Ram B from Tamil Nadu, who climbed 6068 metres during the week.
