    Week 275 update of the Cycling Monks Strava Group. Week ending 7th September 2025.

    Club Stats. 3731 members collectively rode 88872 km in 2387 rides, climbing 512925 metres in 4127 hours!

    The number of members are up by 9 as compared to last week. The week saw everyone collectively ride less. With total distance, elevation gained, number of rides and time spent on the saddle were all down.

    2 riders averaged more than 100 km a day.

    5 rode 600s. 28 rode at least a 200.

    52 averaged above 30 kmph for the week.

    19 climbed more than 4000 metres.

    Incredible riding by everyone.

    Kudos to all the riders who have been working hard on their saddles…

    Leaderboard: Overall

    2 riders averaged more than 100 km a day!

    Rupesh Bali from Chandigarh was top of the charts. He rode an incredible 752 km.

    In second place is Sethu Sachin from Kerala who rode 721 km in the week.

    Third spot is taken by Umashankar from Tamil Nadu. He rode 698 km.

    Leaderboard: Women

    The women’s leaderboard got easier this week. To be in the top 10, you needed to ride 158+ km…
    There are 12 women in the top 100 this week, 1 more than last week.

    Radhika Arora from Karnataka was top of the charts this week. Riding an incredible 585 km. She is 11th overall.

    Next up is Kirann MTB Rider from Maharashtra. Who rode an impressive 497 km. She is 14th overall.

    Third is Shelly Pandey from Telangana who rode 334 km. She is 39th overall. She was second last week.

    Leaderboard: Longest Ride

    Rides this week coming in from Karnataka!

    Top spot goes to M Peer Mohamed Sardhar from Karnataka for the longest ride. He did a 604 km long ride!

    Next up is Samad Hanbal from Karnataka having done a 603 km long ride.

    Third is Rajan ATR from Karnataka, who did a 601 km long ride.

    Leaderboard: Fastest

    The top 52 have been riding at a seriously impressive pace.

    Fastest of the lot is Guru Sriram from Tamil Nadu who averaged an incredible 37.1 kmph over the week!

    Second fastest for the week is Tushar Bakaya whose weekly average is a fantastic 36.8 kmph. He was second last week as well.

    Third is Sangam Pattnaik from Chandigarh averaging 36.5 kmph over the week.

    Leaderboard: Queen/ King of the Mountain

    The climbing leaderboard went to the Western Ghats!

    Climber of the week is Udhay Asokan from Tamil Nadu having climbed 6654 metres.

    Second is Vignesh RDV from Tamil Nadu who climbed 5571 metres.

    Third is Ketaki Agtey-Sathe from Maharashtra, who climbed 5479 metres during the week.
