    Week 278 update of the Cycling Monks Strava Group. Week ending 28th September 2025.

    Club Stats. 3750 members collectively rode 94692 km in 2857 rides, climbing 528677 metres in 4453 hours!

    The number of members are up by 6 as compared to last week. The week saw everyone collectively ride the same. With total distance, elevation gained, number of rides and time spent on the saddle were all unchanged.

    2 riders averaged more than 100 km a day.

    1 rode a 600. 12 rode at least a 200.

    69 averaged above 30 kmph for the week.

    10 climbed more than 4000 metres.

    Incredible riding by everyone.

    Kudos to all the riders who have been working hard on their saddles…

    Leaderboard: Overall

    2 riders averaged more than 100 km a day!

    Kishan Go from Maharashtra was top of the charts. He rode an incredible 940 km.

    In second place is Rupesh Bali from Chandigarh who rode 744 km in the week.

    Third spot is taken by Pradhap Antony from Tamil Nadu. He rode 638 km.

    Leaderboard: Women

    The women’s leaderboard got easier this week. To be in the top 10, you needed to ride 184+ km…
    There are 13 women in the top 100 this week, 3 less than last week.

    Chris Mary from Tamil Nadu was top of the charts this week. Riding an incredible 498 km. She is 10th overall.

    Next up is Kirann MTB Rider from Maharashtra. Who rode an impressive 280 km. She is 62nd overall. She was first last week.

    Third is Vandana Dhavate from Telangana who rode 273 km. She is 68th overall.

    Leaderboard: Longest Ride

    Rides this week coming in from around the country!

    Top spot goes to Pradhap Antony from Tamil Nadu for the longest ride. He did a 605 km long ride!

    Next up is Chris Mary from Tamil Nadu having done a 467 km long ride.

    Third is Kishan Go from Maharashtra, who did a 442 km long ride.

    Leaderboard: Fastest

    The top 69 have been riding at a seriously impressive pace.

    Fastest of the lot is Tenzin Kunchok from Uttar Pradesh who averaged an incredible 37.1 kmph over the week!

    Second fastest for the week is Mayank Tripathi from Canada whose weekly average is a fantastic 37 kmph.

    Third is Sanjay Choudhary from Uttar Pradesh averaging 36.9 kmph over the week.

    Leaderboard: Queen/ King of the Mountain

    The climbing leaderboard went to the Western Ghats!

    Climber of the week is Kishan Go from Maharashtra having climbed 13553 metres. He was third last week.

    Second is Goutham from Tamil Nadu who climbed 9275 metres.

    Third is Udhay Asokan from Tamil Nadu, who climbed 7021 metres during the week.
