    Week 288 update of the Cycling Monks Strava Group. Week ending 7th December 2025.

    Club Stats. 3794 members collectively rode 99431 km in 2755 rides, climbing 581354 metres in 4593 hours!

    The number of members are up by 7 as compared to last week. The week saw everyone collectively ride the smae. With total distance, elevation gained, number of rides and time spent on the saddle were all constant.

    7 riders averaged more than 100 km a day.

    5 rode 600s. 24 rode at least a 200.

    85 averaged above 30 kmph for the week.

    17 climbed more than 4000 metres.

    Incredible riding by everyone.

    Kudos to all the riders who have been working hard on their saddles…

    Leaderboard: Overall

    7 riders averaged more than 100 km a day!

    Prakash M from Karnataka was top of the charts. He rode an incredible 951 km.

    In second place is Achyutha Krishana from Tamil Nadu who rode 878 km in the week.

    Third spot is taken by Chirag Shah from Gujarat. He rode 805 km.

    Leaderboard: Women


    The women’s leaderboard got easier this week. To be in the top 10, you needed to ride 253+ km…
    There are 15 women in the top 100 this week, same as last week.

    Sachida Yadav from Maharashtra was top of the charts this week. Riding an incredible 753 km. She is 5th overall. She was third last week.

    Next up is Chris Mary from Tamil Nadu. Who rode an impressive 444 km. She is 24th overall.

    Third is Pradnya Bhadang from Maharashtra who rode 393 km. She is 30th overall.

    Leaderboard: Longest Ride


    Rides this week coming in from around the country!

    Top spot goes to Achyutha Krishnan from Tamil Nadu for the longest ride. He did a 608 km long ride!

    Next up is Samad Hanbal from Karnataka having done a 605 km long ride.

    Third is Suman N from Karnataka, who did a 604.9 km long ride.

    Leaderboard: Fastest


    The top 85 have been riding at a seriously impressive pace.

    Fastest of the lot is Pratik Patil from Maharashtra who averaged an incredible 39.6 kmph over the week!

    Second fastest for the week is Adeep Wagh from Belgium whose weekly average is a fantastic 38.9 kmph.

    Third is Anant Singh Mehra from Madhya Pradesh averaging 38.9 kmph over the week.

    Leaderboard: Queen/ King of the Mountain


    The climbing leaderboard went to the Western Ghats!

    Climber of the week is Prakash M from Karnataka having climbed 8216 metres.

    Second is Sarang Shiral from Maharashtra who climbed 5905 metres.

    Third is Arokia Manoj from Tamil Nadu, who climbed 5706 metres during the week.
