    Week 299 update of the Cycling Monks Strava Group. Week ending 22nd February 2026.

    Club Stats. 3837 members collectively rode 107157 km in 3039 rides, climbing 584166 metres in 4891 hours!

    The number of members are up by 7 as compared to last week. The week saw everyone collectively ride the same. With total distance, elevation gained, number of rides and time spent on the saddle were all constant.

    2 riders averaged more than 100 km a day.

    3 rode 600s. 14 rode at least a 200.

    81 averaged above 30 kmph for the week.

    11 climbed more than 4000 metres.

    Incredible riding by everyone.

    Kudos to all the riders who have been working hard on their saddles…

    Leaderboard: Overall

    2 riders averaged more than 100 km a day!
    Achyutha Krishnan from Tamil Nadu was top of the charts. He rode an incredible 968 km.
    In second place is Vignesh J from Tamil Nadu who rode 758 km in the week.
    Third spot is taken by Umashankar from Tamil Nadu. He rode 679 km.

    Leaderboard: Women


    The women’s leaderboard got easier this week. To be in the top 10, you needed to ride 258+ km…
    There are 19 women in the top 100 this week, 1 less than last week.

    Malika Kalra from Chandigarh was top of the charts this week. Riding an incredible 630 km. She is 4th overall.

    Next up is Gitanjali Galange from Maharashtra. Who rode an impressive 511 km. She is 11th overall. She was third last week.

    Third is Pradnya Ajagar from Maharashtra who rode 427 km. She is 24th overall.

    Leaderboard: Longest Ride


    Rides this week coming in from around the country!

    Top spot goes to Achyutha Krishnan from Tamil Nadu for the longest ride. He did a 711 km long ride!

    Next up is Vignesh J from Tamil Nadu having done a 623 km long ride.

    Third is Ram B from Tamil Nadu, who did a 602 km long ride.

    Leaderboard: Fastest

    The top 81 have been riding at a seriously impressive pace.

    Fastest of the lot is Tushar Bakaya from Haryana who averaged an incredible 37.7 kmph over the week!

    Second fastest for the week is Kabir Rachure from Maharashtra whose weekly average is a fantastic 37.4 kmph.

    Third is Aali Abdullah from Tamil Nadu averaging 36.6 kmph over the week.

    Leaderboard: Queen/ King of the Mountain

    The climbing leaderboard went to the Nilgiris!

    Climber of the week is Joel Sundaram from Tamil Nadu having climbed 7214 metres.

    Second is Muhammed Tahaa Sharaf from Tamil Nadu who climbed 7084 metres.

    Third is Arun Kumarasamy from Tamil Nadu, who climbed 5387 metres during the week.
