- Hyderabad Racing Circuit, this past Sunday hosted a handicap race in the city of Biryani. Our friend, Prajwal Pingali covered the race through his lens.A handicap race is a format developed, in which people of varying fitness levels can race against each other. This format takes a leaf out of the Golf Book! The slowest group of riders are flagged off first and the fastest group last after a set amount of time.This allows all the riders to enjoy competing against each other. A format of racing which HRC have successfully deployed in the past as well. It is fantastic to see so many peeps show up for club racing at the grassroots level.
