      Week 61 update of the Cycling Monks Strava Group. Week ending 1st August 2021.

      Club Stats. 1226 members collectively rode 80558 km in 2302 rides, climbing 423691 metres in 3856 hours!

      The number of members are up by 19 as compared to last week. The week saw everyone collectively ride more. With total distance, elevation gained and time spent on the saddle were all up.

      To be in the top 100, you needed to ride minimum 224 km during the week!

      There were 2 who rode more than 100 a day!

      5 rode a quadruple century, 14 rode at least a double century and 85 riders rode at least a century!

      30 averaged above 30 kmph for the week. 2 climbed more than 4000 metres… Incredible riding by everyone.

      Kudos to all the riders who have been working hard on their saddles…

      2 riders averaged more than 100 km a day. With a new man at the top!

      FB Vaibhav from Delhi was top of the charts. He rode an incredible 873 km. He was second last week.

      In second place is Utkarsh Verma from Uttar Pradesh who rode 768 km in the week. He was third last week.

      Third spot is taken by Sagar Shirbhate from Maharashtra. He rode 662 km. He is back at the front after long.

        The number of members are up by 22 as compared to last week. The week saw everyone collectively ride more. With total distance, elevation gained and time spent on the saddle were all hitting an all time high.

        2 rode a triple century, 20 rode at least a double century and 100 riders rode at least a century!

                      Next up is Kirit Kokje from Maharashtra having done a 608 km long ride.

                      Third is KP on MTB from Karnataka, who did a 604 km long ride.

                      The top 27 have been riding at a seriously impressive pace.

                      Fastest of the lot is Prince Patel from USA who averaged an incredible 36.2 kmph over the week! He was third fastest last week.

                      Second fastest for the week is Mukesh Ayyappan from Tamil Nadu whose weekly average is a fantastic 34.2 kmph.

                      Third is Sarath Roi from Tamil Nadu averaging 34 kmph over the week.

                      Himachal Pradesh was once again top of the pile this week!

                      Climber of the week is Cyrus Mohan from Himachal Pradesh having climbed 8034 metres. He was third last week.

                      Second is Mikamzii from Himachal Pradesh who climbed 6182 metres. He was second last week as well!

                      Third is Hemings from Karnataka, who climbed 5582 metres during the week.

                        Week 70 update of the Cycling Monks Strava Group. Week ending 3rd October 2021.

                        Club Stats. 1413 members collectively rode 88379 km in 2364 rides, climbing 475028 metres in 4194 hours!

                        The number of members are up by 23 as compared to last week. The week saw everyone collectively ride slightly less. With total distance, elevation gained and time spent on the saddle were all marginally down.

                        To be in the top 100, you needed to ride minimum 246 km during the week!

                        There were 5 who averaged more than 100 km a day!

                        14 rode 400s, 29 rode a 200 and 100 rode at least a century!

                        36 averaged above 30 kmph for the week. 9 climbed more than 4000 metres… Incredible riding by everyone.

                        Kudos to all the riders who have been working hard on their saddles…

                        5 riders averaged more than 100 km a day.

                        Sagar Shirbhate from Maharashtra was top of the charts. He rode an incredible 814 km.

                        Megha Jain from Punjab was top of the charts this week. Riding an incredible 405 km. She is 34th overall.

                        Next up is Damanpreet Kaur Romana from Punjab. Who rode an impressive 355 km. She is 41st overall.

                        Third is Lorraine D’Costa from Kerala who rode 324 km. She is 58th overall.
